Conditions of Entry

1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions and above rules of engagement with the LITT app.
2. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the LITT Global Pty Ltd General Terms & Conditions which may be viewed at https://www.thelittapp.com/terms-of-use
3. The Promoter is LITT Global Pty Ltd ACN 631 851 511 located at 3/124 Stirling Highway, North Fremantle, WA 6159 Australia (Promoter). By participating I this competition, you acknowledge that the contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Alfamart.
4. This competition is open to all residents of Indonesia over the age of 18 years. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition commences at 1:00pm (Western Indonesia Time) on 17 Nov 2022 and concludes at 11:59pm (Western Indonesia Time) on 15 Dec 2022 (Promotional Period).
6. By entering the competition, you consent to the use of your entry images in any promotional activity undertaken by LITT.
7. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or transferrable to any other person.

How to enter

To enter the draw you are required to:

1. Download the LITT app and register a user account.
2. To get entry into the draw to win one of the main prizes: (BONUS Update)
   a. For each gem you collect on the AR map you receive 1 entry into the draw – keep collecting every day, the more you colelct the more entries you get
   b. Collect 9 bonus gems and get 20 bonus entries into the main prize draw
3. For each gem you collect you receive one entry into the draw
4. Locate the gem on the map
   • If you are not in the geofence area, you must physically move close to the gem and enter the geofence area.
   • If you receive a LITT notification “Collect the Gems for a chance to win a Honda Scooter”, tap on the notification to open the AR camera
   • If you are located in the geo-fence area for a gem, tap on the gem image and “Claim” to open the AR camera
   • Tap on the floating AR Gem image
   • If the gem has a Bonus LITT cash gift:
     1. One gem will be added to your collection and you will receive the bonus LITT cash
   • If the gem has no Bonus LITT cash gift:
     1. The gem will not be added to your collection
   • Any Bonus LITT cash may be from Rp100 to Rp1.000
   • Collect 9 bonus gems for an entry to win a main prize

5. Gems will be dropped at random dates and times on the LITT AR Map during the course of the promotion.
6. No maximum entires into the main prize draw per user. (NEW 23 Nov)
7. Be a resident of Indonesia and over the age of 18.
8. Be on the LITT app as a user (not have deleted the app or deactivated your account) when the competition is drawn on 16 December 2022
9. No purchase or payment is required to enter the competition
10. The winner of the 1st prize will be responsible for payment BBN/ on the road costs

LITT reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entrant if it believes the entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or if it believes that an entrant may undermine the legitimate operation of this competition including the use of bots or fake location services.

Winning Determination

The winning entries will be drawn randomly, starting with 3rd prize winners, 2nd prize winners and then the 1st prize winner.

The winners will be notified within 24 hours via email or SMS or by direct message on the LITT app.

LITT Global Pty Ltd reserves the right to feature the names of prize winners publicly.

If the Prize is not claimed by 5pm (Western Indonesia Time) one week from the date the individual winner is notified (see above), the winner(s) entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct no further draws. In this event, no compensation will be given by LITT Global Pty Ltd to the original winner.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Alfamart vouchers will be delivered electronically to the winners’ received items folder in the LITT app and must be redeemed before 16 February 2023. The redemption of Alfamart vouchers are subject to the Alfamart Voucher Terms and Conditions

The prizes are not transferable for currency or any other national currency or sovereign debt or any bank issued notes.

Other

LITT is not responsible for any late, lost, stolen, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, incomplete or otherwise corrupted entries, nor is it responsible for any failure to receive entries due to a transmission error or technical failure of any kind. LITT will also not accept content not owned by the entrant and content subject to copyright or not in fair use terms or in conflict with the LITT terms of use may be disqualified. Any such entry will immediately be deemed disqualified by LITT.

LITT will not replace the prize if it is lost, stolen or if they cannot be properly identified because of damage or loss of LITT cash or other technical issues.

As a condition of accepting prize, the winner agrees to sign any document that may be issued by LITT including, without limitation, a release and indemnity form.

Users that are in conflict with the LITT terms of use and terms and conditions may be removed from the platform at the discretion of the LITT management team and their entries into the competition cancelled.

The first prize winner will be required to provide identification when claiming the prize and may be requested to provide proof that they are the authorised owner of the LITT user account supplied at time of entering the competition.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, LITT will not be responsible for any loss, injury, cost, expense, harm or damage whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of this competition, including without limitation, where it arises from:

theft or fraud;

the unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;

an error, interruption, misdirection, deletion, defect or delay in the transmission of information related to this competition which is beyond the reasonable control of LITT;

any third-party interference;

any technical malfunctions or problems with computer equipment or software;

the redemption of gift vouchers; and participation in this competition generally.

If LITT deems that this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of LITT may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate. In the unlikely event of this occurring, a notice will be posted on the LITT website and social media accounts.

By entering into this competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and LITT’s Privacy Policy.
